Buoycatcher Ltd will guarantee the 316 stainless steel Buoycatcher-Max model on an exchange basis for the lifetime of the ownership against any manufacturing defects and material failures that render the unit non operational.

The guarantee only covers the Buoycatcher Max head and does not include the telescopic pole.

The lifetime guarantee on the Buoycatcher is limited to the appropriate usage and damage ,for example, caused by inappropriate use such as a “fending off” tool will not be covered.

It will be the consumer’s responsibility to return the unit for exchange along with a proof of purchase.
